Case of Root canal retreatment of an anterior tooth

My patient presented with his anterior tooth (22) having a chronic apical lesion which generally remained asymptomatic. Root canal treatment was done and the old root filling was removed. Due to the root having an open apex, MTA was used to fill the canal. The tooth was restored with a LuxTaper parapost and Luxacore/composite. After 7 months healing was clearly seen using Conebeam CT imaging. This video shows the complete procedure that was done to get the chronic apical lesion to resolve.
